PRE-SALE POLICY OVERVIEW:  

 

Most of the items are in stock, however, you can pre-order an item that is on the list display but is not in stock. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, if you are to order an item that is not in stock, your item may take 1 to 2 months to arrive. Please bear with us if it does not show up immediately, surely it's on its way. If you are interested in purchasing any of the listed products that are not in stock, you can pre-order by following the given detailed instructions:

 

  1. A down payment of 40% of the cost of the item is required before the order can be placed.

  2. From the time of your order has been placed an estimated delivery time for handling time, including the time you will wait to acquire the item, in addition to the time it will take to ship, would be forwarded to you via FB message, text message, WhatsApp or via email.

  3. Cash payment only on Delivery.

 

Assuring you of our best possible service at all times, if the ordered item does not come within the estimated delivery time, you are entitled to a full refund of your down-payment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ordered item, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below).

1. If the item is not worn and is in its original packaging, smells new and looks the same

2. Exchange can ONLY take place within 24 hrs.

3. You are required to have your original receipt for exchange on the item.

4. Sale items, however, NO exchange NO refund! Final Sale

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT RECEIPT.
