Answer: Upon the receipt of your order, we will process your payment, once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order. It will take about 5 days to process your order then we will ship your order.

Answer: You need to be very careful in putting your shipping address, it must be complete. We will issue a full refund if you do not received your order after 7 days from scheduled date of delivery.

Answer: There are sizes options whenever you will make an order. The size according to the age of your child is indicated on the options, though it’s always safe to order 1 to 2 size bigger since kids grow so fast, especially babies, they literally grow 1 to 2 inches taller in matter of weeks. The bigger the size the chances that they can still use the item in the next couple of months for babies and couple of years for kids.

San Fernando – Gulf City Mall Because we are located in the East Area, a delivery fee of $30.00 - $60.00 is required for any delivery that is in the South Area. Between the area of Arima and Port of Spain, a delivery fee of $15.00 - $50.00 would be required. Delivery would be on Weekdays at from 10am - 4pm / Saturday’s time may vary PLEASE NOTE: Items are not to be delivered to your work or home. TTPOST - additional cost $30 or $40 (depending on the item) and WILL require payment via bank deposit to ANY of the Republic Bank Outlets in Trinidad. SPED Couriers - additional cost $50 and you can pay cash on delivery. You will receive a tracking number for the package when I post and delivery takes about 2 to 3 days in Trinidad.
